Lost certificates

Have you lost your birth certificate? Do you need a copy of your marriage certificate? TLC UK can re-issue the following documents for you:

Birth certificates
Adoption certificates
Marriage certificates
Civil partnership certificates
Death certificates
Commemorative certificates

All you need to do is send us the following details by e-mail and we will send your certificate by post within 20 days:

Full name of the person
Name, telephone number and postal address of the person receiving the certificate
Exact date or year of the event
Place where the event took place
Name and surname of the father
Name, surname and maiden surname of the mother
GRO index reference (if you have it)

Once we have received your details, we will call you to collect the payment over the phone.

Certified copies of documents

At TLC UK, we can also help you obtaining a certified copy of any original document, such as your passport. This copy is usually provided by a solicitor or notary public and it will be certified as a true copy of the original.

Just send us your document by post (Special Delivery is recommended) and we will personally take it to the legal professional who will issue the certified copy.

When sending your document, remember to state if the copy needs to be provided by a solicitor or a notary public (if you don’t know this, just tell us who the end-user of the document is and we will find out for you) as well as your name, telephone number and postal address. Once we have received your document, we will call you to confirm receipt and to collect payment.
