When you’re satisfied with the quote, just post your documents to us (we recommend Special Delivery). Once we've received them, and checked that we've got everything that's needed, we’ll call you to take a convenient credit card payment. If you prefer, you can enclose a cheque with your documents.

To make the process as efficient as possible, please enclose a covering letter with the following information:

Date of the wedding
Travel Agent details
Booking reference number
Travel Agent contact name (if known)
Travel Agent email address and/or telephone number (if known)
The couple's names, address and contact number.
Copies of your passports
Name of the hotel

Once we receive your documents, we’ll book everything in and begin your personalised document translation and legalisation. Throughout the process, we'll update you with free text alerts. And on completion, your final documents will be sent to you in plenty of time for your wedding abroad.
